Join San Juan Basin Public Health’s Health Coverage Guide for help with open enrollment for insurance for 2023. Our guide can help apply for insurance, find low cost/no cost coverage for those who are eligible, and answer any insurance questions. You can also schedule an appointment by contacting HIL@sjbpublichealth.org or 970.335.2028. Appointments can be booked with language interpretation if needed. -
