The IDEA LAB makers will explore concepts and practices in robotics. Program is for all ages, children under 9 should be accompanied by an adult. From Lego Mindstorms to Raspberry Pi come check out different ways to make and control robots.
Come to the IDEALAB to learn techniques and practice making costumes and props for cosplay, movies, or theatrical productions. Programs are for all ages but children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.

Being nice can make it hard to speak up, say “no,” or do something that might upset someone. This talk will teach participants that the opposite of nice is not mean but rather real. You’ll learn how to say “no” when you want and need to, confidently ask for what you want and eliminate feelings of guilt, anxiety, and worry about what others will think.
