In the time of COVID-19, it is extra important to take care of our immune systems health heading into the winter months. Kate Husted, founder of the local nonprofit "Herb Hut" will be giving a virtual talk all about herbal remedies that can be used to help our bodies fight off illness via Zoom on Wednesday, November 11th at 5:30 pm . The talk will be hosted by the ICL and streamed live, but the recording of this talk will also be available on our YouTube channel afterward for those not able to attend.
