Intro to Using Google Programs Class

If you have ever wanted to learn more about how to use Google, and the many extra features Google offers, this is just the class for you! We will discuss navigating through Gmail accounts, saving your pictures to Google Photos, as well as how to use Google Docs (a great alternative to Microsoft Word). Registering in advance is not required, but having a personal Gmail account for yourself set up and in place is highly encouraged before attending this class! |

Russell Box Sr. Book Signing and Lecture

We at the ICL invite all who can to join us for a presentation of the life of Russell Box Sr. - a Southern Ute Tribe elder and renowned artist. Box is the subject of the recent biography "The Physical And Spiritual Journey Of A Southern Ute Elder", by author Judith Stone. At this event Judith Stone will speak about her experiences in getting to know Russell and why she chose to write his life story, which will then be followed by a presentation of Box's early artworks by none other than Box himself - and will conclude with a Q & A between Box and the audience. Signed copies of the book will be on sale for purchase at the event, and the library will also have a book available for checkout. No advanced registration is required, but please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for preferred seating. |

Free Female Cancer Screening Info Sessions

Martha Poulin, the Clinic Outreach Coordinator for San Juan Basin Public Health, is going to be available at the ICL from 9 am to noon on Feb 28th in order to meet with women and discuss whether or not they meet the requirements to receive free cancer screenings. Anyone interested in meeting with Martha at the ICL the morning of the 28th can contact her at her by email at MPoulin@sjbpublichealth.org and make an appointment in advance, or simply drop in and meet with her during that time!
