Josh the Otter, a nationally recognized drowning prevention and water safety program, will be at the ICL for this Storytime on August 7th!

Kids will walk away with a Josh the Otter coloring book, a swim pass to SunUte, and a greater appreciation for water safety.  Parents will walk away with a huge understanding of how their actions effect drowning prevention and water safety.
