Victims have been cheated out of hundreds to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Want to learn how to recognize and avoid becoming a victim? AARP, in partnership with the Colorado Attorney General, is hosting Scam & Fraud awareness training free to the public. These one-hour presentations will cover the impact of this type of crime, how criminals lure you into a scam, and how to recognize and avoid the most common scams being perpetrated.
