In the state of Colorado you are able to register to vote and vote in-person at a designated polling location all the way until – and on – any Election Day. If you do vote in-person on an election day at a polling location you are still allowed to vote if you are in line by the time the location closes. To vote by mail you will need to register with the local Clerks and Recorder’s Office at least 8 days before any given election! (This year that means: Monday, October 26th for the General Election.)
–Register to vote, or update your voter registration online through the 8th day before any Election Day. –Submit an application through the mail, at a voter registration agency, or at a local driver’s license examination facility through the 8th day before Election Day; or -Submit an application through a voter registration drive no later than 22 days before Election Day. *Remember, if you miss the above deadlines you may still register in-person at a voter service and polling center in your county through Election Day and vote in-person as long as you are in line to vote by the time the location closes on election night!
